With digital providers, yes: Revolut, N26, Bunq and Trade Republic let you activate a card within 10 to 15 minutes via the app, with only a valid ID required. At traditional banks such as ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank, the application process still involves a more extensive income and BKR check.
